What are your oils made from?

Our formulations are made using 100% natural plant oils, carefully selected for their feel, performance, and compatibility with skin and hair. Each ingredient is chosen with intention, without unnecessary fillers or synthetic additives.

How do I use the oils?

Each product is designed to be simple and intuitive to use.

Day oils can be applied to dry or damp hair and skin for softness, shine, and daily care.

Night Oil is designed as an overnight ritual. Apply to the scalp and hair before bed and wash out in the morning.

Are your products suitable for all hair types?

Yes. Our oils are formulated to work across a range of hair types. Lighter oils are ideal for fine or easily weighed down hair, while richer formulations are suited to thicker or drier hair.

Will the oils make my hair greasy?

Day oils are lightweight and designed to absorb into the hair and skin without leaving a heavy or greasy finish.

Night Oil is intentionally richer and may feel heavier on the hair and scalp. This is by design. It is used as an overnight treatment and is intended to be washed out in the morning.

Can I use the oils on my skin as well?

Yes. Many of our oils are suitable for both hair and skin, offering lightweight hydration and a natural finish.

Are your products tested on animals?

No. Our products are not tested on animals.

Where are your products made?

All products are made in New Zealand in small, carefully considered batches.

Do you use synthetic fragrances?

No. We do not use synthetic fragrances. Any scent comes naturally from the oils themselves.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most New Zealand orders arrive within a few working days.

Can I return my order?

If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch and we will help resolve it. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items.
